Nancy Wilson (jazz singer) was born to Olden Wilson, an ironworker from Chillicothe on the 20th of February, 1937. Her mother, Lillian Ryan worked as household helper. Nancy Wilson was the only child of six. The passion for music that her father had as well as the music he played at home were a huge influence on Nancy as a young girl. At just 4 years old, she knew she'd be a singing star. The talent she developed was cultivated through her participation in the church choir. After high school, she began to appear regularly in Skyline Melodies. She was fifteen when she won the television talent show. That same year, Nancy started to work at nightclubs. Nancy quit Central State University in Ohio after she matriculated for an entire year. Her first recording was with Rusty's Carolyn Club Big Band in 1956. They toured from 1956 to 1958. Nancy's initial Dot Records recording was made during her time in the Carolyn Club Big Band. Cannonball adderley encouraged her to travel for a trip to New York in order to advance her career. She visited The Big Town, New York in 1959. The singer was brought in to sing for The Blue Morocco Night Club located in The Bronx and there was a place where Adderley's agent had seen her. The singer made her debut in 1960 with one single following an agreement with Capitol records. Guess Who I Saw Today. Capitol released five Nancy Wilson Albums in 2 years. Her first album was focused on R&B and then, with Adderley's influence, she began to embrace jazz. Nancy Wilson and Cannonball Adderley formed a band in 1962. This helped push her up in the chart. The year 1963 was when she achieved her greatest success through Tell Me the Truth. The following year, she received an invitation to perform in New York's Coconut Grove, the most sought-after nightclub in America.

Maisie Richson-Sellers, who was born March 2 1992 on the 2nd of March in England (United Kingdom), is the son of Joy Richardson. Joy Richardson was her mother. She completed her education at a highly regarded private school and graduated from Oxford University. She has an Archaeology as well as Anthropology.
